ROOT is where it all begins—and where everything returns. This is Face + Body Studio’s foundational reformer class, designed to build strength, clarity, and control from the ground up. Whether you're brand new to Pilates, coming back from injury, or simply ready to reconnect with the work—ROOT delivers form-focused, intelligent movement that meets you where you are.
This class is beginner and rehab-friendly, but don’t mistake that for easy. Pilates done right is powerful. And that’s the beauty of it.

FORME

Lengthen, Sculpt & Elevate
FORME is a full-body reformer experience that blends strength, stretch, and seamless transitions. Rooted in classical Pilates principles—but elevated with modern rhythm and flow—this class is designed to refine your form, sculpt long lines, and connect you more deeply to your body.
Expect continuous movement, deep core engagement, and that just-right challenge that leaves you feeling taller, stronger, and more in tune. FORM begins here.
Great for all levels. Ideal for those who want a little more fire than ROOT, but not quite the intensity of METHOD.

METHOD is my take on the original West Hollywood boot camp format I taught under Stephen Gavin—an era shaped by industry legend Sebastian Lagree. That legacy lives in every beat, burn, and breath of this class.
Born from that foundation and evolved over two decades of teaching, METHOD is now Face + Body Studio’s signature reformer experience—high-energy, athletic, and unapologetically intense.
Rooted in the Gavin lineage—where control, strength, and endurance were the standard, not the exception—this class delivers rhythmic movement, seamless transitions, and zero modifications.
You move, or you don’t.
You keep up, or you don’t.
This isn’t Pilates lite. This is where the work lives.
All students must be cleared to take METHOD.

I recently threw myself into a Pilates class led by Camille & was blown away. I am an active weight lifter & the reformer class was challenging! It was my FIRST pilates class ever & I loved it. It’s so different from traditional methods of exercise that your body will thank you for switching up the game. Classes are small, allowing Camille to correct my form but also make sure I was having fun & comfortable. I recommend this studio to everyone who wants to get a good workout in. I was sore for days.

I have a ton of physical issues (arthritis in the knees, peroneal tendonitis in the ankles, compartment syndrome in the calves), which limit what kinds of physical exercise I can do. I had been doing pilates at home using YouTube instructors, but when [ I joined Kin] - what a great idea that was! Reformer pilates allows me eto xercise all kinds of muscles without exacerbating any of my issues, which has been awesome.

It's like a little hidden sanctuary with the best Pilates classes and instructors. I've been taking reformer classes here for over 2 months, and I am hooked for life now.
